Update to Duo Push Login Process

As noted in The Daily, starting Tuesday, October 16, 2025, HCM login security will be upgraded to use a Verified Duo Push for increased data protection. After logging in to HCM with your CWRU Network ID and passphrase, you will see a Duo prompt with a six-digit code. You will need to enter the code in the Duo app to proceed to HCM. This new Verified Duo Push process will replace the standard Duo push for HCM.

For more information, visit The Daily article Update to Duo Push login process and read the UTech knowledge base article

You can always reach us at: careers@case.edu or wsom-cmo@case.edu
