Hello hello! I hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend and is enjoying the lovely Cleveland winter weather—hopefully more than I am… Unfortunately, the first IFC/PHC GB of the semester has been canceled due to the weather😢. Below are some tips for staying nice and toasty this week, as well as other important dates to keep in mind!

Tips for staying warm!

Layer Up: Stay warm on your walks and comfortable indoors by wearing layers that can be easily adjusted to prevent overheating once you're inside.

Winter Essentials: Wear a hat, scarf, gloves, and warm socks to protect against the cold.

Winter Footwear: Opt for insulated boots with good traction to keep your feet warm and avoid major wipeouts!

Hot Drinks: Enjoy tea, coffee, or hot chocolate to stay warm from the inside out.

Plan Ahead: Check the weather before heading out so you're prepared for snow, wind chills, or other winter surprises.

Stay cozy out there! 😊
