The CWRU community now has a digital assistant to answer questions about the university!
“Spartan Answers,” developed by UTech, is now available. Users access Spartan Answers through Google Assistant on Android or iOS smartphones. The interface works in a way similar to Siri, Alexa and Echo. Please visit the Spartan Answers webpage for details on its usage and to get started.
Spartan Answers will improve and evolve based on users’ feedback. UTech needs your help to improve Spartan Answers so please use the feedback form to provide your input, including ideas for new questions and input on the accuracy of existing answers.
Please remember that all room reservations for the Mandel Center or Mandel Building should be submitted through the EMS/Spartan Reservation system by 8 a.m. at least two business days in advance. For requests with less notice, please email msassroom@case.edu. This email is monitored by multiple staff; please do not email individuals. Please realize that room requests are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or see a changed status for your event within the system. Please contact Rachel Blake with any questions.
