Apparel Order
If you indicated you wanted to order the dri-fit, please fill out your size again and pay on customink. The online form is here. It closes on Saturday so please fill it out promptly. The shirts will be delivered by Oct 15th.
If you ordered a jacket, we will be collecting money up front because Mike is going to call and place the order over the phone to ensure they print with the correct reflective ink. Please get your payment to Mike via venmo (@mike-komarovsky) ASAP so that we can place that order. They came out to less than predicted, $67.30.

Executive Board Elections!
Are you are interested in being an elected leader in CWRU EMS? If so, please fill out this NON-BINDING interest form to let us know you are interested in running for a position. September EMT of the Month Nominations!
CWRU EMS recognizes one EMT each month for his/her/their excellence in care, hard work, dedication, quick thinking, and/or plain just being a good human. The winner is chosen based on number of nominations! Each EMT of the Month receives a cool CWRU EMS key chain, a yummy treat, and recognition at the Spring Banquet. All nominations due: October 7th. HERE is the form. Important info:
Please provide a reason why you are nominating this member, but remember to maintain HIPAA at all times. The reason does not need to be long, but it should be specific to something awesome that happened in the previous month. You may fill out the form as many times as you like.
The nomination period will close one week after I send out the previous month's form. If you would like to nominate someone mid-month because you don't want to forget, feel free to email Alena (ams472@case.edu) with the name and reason or fill out the form and note the correct month in the comments section. Otherwise, all nominations will be confidential.
Please consider nominating a non-executive board member for the award. Yes, our board members are awesome, but they also do a lot of work for EMS because of their job. We want to recognize someone who is going unexpectedly above and beyond.

Recently EMS has acquired some really cool new equipment that we will start using soon in our clinical care! Equipment Updates
1. Side Doors of 495: PLEASE OPEN THE SIDE DOORS OF 495 DURING BAG CHECK. These doors get stuck when left closed for prolonged periods of time.
2. Nameplates: If you have been promoted to Second Officer recently or will be promoted to SO in the near future, fill out this form to get a nameplate!
3. Refilling Ambulances: You MUST send the following info to Jared via email whenever the ambulance is refilled with gas.
