CWRU Care 

Case Western Reserve University now offers CWRU Care, a 24/7 mental telehealth care service that undergraduate, graduate and professional students can access from wherever they are. 

Through CWRU Care, students can talk to a licensed provider via smartphone or any web-enabled device. 

CWRU Care provides access to 24/7 mental health support- known as TalkNow- as well as scheduled counseling for undergraduate, graduate and professional students at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University's College of Podatric Medicine.

Anxiety Toolbox is a fast-paced, 3-session seminar intended to help increase understanding and knowledge about anxiety. The goal is to provide students with some skills to recognize symptoms they may be experiencing. Must attend all three sessions.

What to Expect from Counseling

Join this Wellness Wednesday for an inside scoop into the process of getting started with counseling at CWRU. Getting Unstuck

Getting Unstuck is a fast-paced, 3-session seminar intended to help increase your understanding and knowledge about depression. The goal is to provide you with some skills to recognize and manage symptoms you may be experiencing. Must attend all three sessions.

Advocate Drop-in Hours

Advocate drop-in hourse are for students who may have questions about sexual misconduct reporting options or the Office of Equity (Title IX) process. Advocate drop in hours are confidential, although non-clinical in nature. 

Students may use these hours to process related questions, consultation, "how to help a friend" questions or referals for clinical services such as individual group therapy, or community referrals.

Building Hope & Resiliency

This six-week workshop is designed to help students learn new coping strategies to manage stress and build resiliency during stressful times. Students will learn skills that will help combat anxious thoughts, manage emotions in healthier ways, improve self-care, and learn to communicate more effectively with others. Students must attend all 6 weeks.

Feeling stuck? Having a hard time coping with change? Feeling lost or directionless? Learn how to MOVE from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, while realizing your personal values and creating life goals.
