To obtain your CWRU Frequent Fan Card and instructions for accessing the virtual concerts, send an email to the Severance Hall Ticket Office at boxoffice@clevelandorchestra.com.

Include the following information in your email:
 
  • Your name
  • CWRU email (abc123@case.edu)
  • Photo of your valid CWRU student ID or your 7-digit student ID number
  • Current physical address (Severance Hall will mail your Fan Card for additional benefits if live performances resume in the spring.)
