DOM'S TOP RECRUITMENT TIPS
IFC VP of Recruitment Dominic Orosa shares his tips for IFC Recruitment!

  1. Focus on connecting with PNMs as individuals rather than getting them invested in the chapter. We join our chapter for the people and many of us can reflect on that one member who inspired us to join.
  2. Don't be afraid to initiate virtual conversations through social media. With the current setting of predominantly remote recruitment, we need to overcome those "social media culture" barriers so that we don't miss out on future brothers or sisters.
  3. Talk about the future of your chapter and how incoming leaders fit into those plans. Being transparent about your chapter's plan for improvement is a great way to guide your PNMs to realize the growth potential that Greek life has for them.

Remember, even though bids can be released on the 15th, consider recruiting beyond the formal recruitment period. It may take longer to form lasting relationships virtually- and we need quality Greeks more than ever. Feel free to reach out to me for anything! (dlo25@case.edu)
