Airport shuttle service available ahead of spring break
A shuttle with service to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport from the Case Western Reserve University campus will operate March 6–8 for students traveling for spring break. The shuttle will pick students up from two stops: the Greenlink stop near the Juniper residence halls and at the Nursing stop across from Fribley Commons.
The shuttle will operate on the following schedule:
Friday, March 6: 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Saturday, March 7: 5 a.m., 7 a.m., 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Sunday, March 8: 5 a.m., 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Pickup at the Juniper stop will be on the hour, with the Fribley Commons stop pickup at 15 minutes past the hour.
To schedule a ride, call or text 216.368.6604. Rides must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. Dispatch is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
When scheduling a ride, provide the following information:
Name
Cell phone number
Day of flight
Pickup location
Pickup time
Students also should share any additional information that might be pertinent, such as need for wheelchair access, amount of luggage if over two bags, etc.
A confirmation text will be sent prior to your pick-up date with your scheduled pick-up time (based on availability).
Allow an hour and 15 minutes for pickup and travel.
The shuttle will follow a strict schedule; riders should be prompt.

Once submitted, you should receive your letter within 48 hours.
A separate form must be completed for each guest.
