My name is Gina Vairo Flynn, and I am the Assistant Director of Disabilities Resources. I began my career as a litigator working as a defense attorney. After raising my family, I decided to re-enter the workforce helping students reach their potential by helping develop a comprehensive disability program at Notre Dame College. I come to CWRU with over 12 years of experience in the disability field. I have a holistic approach to education that was developed by my experience with the disability demographic and by stepping in front of the classroom as a professor. I have a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Government from the University of Notre Dame.

When I am not working, I enjoy reading, going to Pilates classes, and cooking my favorite family recipes or creating a dish of my own. I also attempt to play golf and love to listen to all types of music. Coming from a very small town in Upper Michigan, I enjoy taking advantage of everything that Cleveland has to offer including restaurants, concerts, sporting events, and the arts.
