LINK Silent Auction Results and Reminder

On behalf of LINK (Local InterNational Konnection) student leadership, we are delighted to announce the LINK 2019 Silent Auction raised $1,200.  This surpassed our expectations!  A huge thank you to the generous faculty, staff, students and alumni of our Mandel School community!  We could not hold such a successful special event without your amazing support.  LINK will donate a portion fo the proceeds to benefit MedWish International

As you travel this summer, be sure to support local economies in the places you visit and bring something unique back to donate to the LINK 2020 Silent Auction.  Scarves, jewelry, paintings and home decor are very popular!  LINK accepts donations of items throughout the year, so contact Kim McFarlin to arrange for pick-up or delivery.  Thank you for supporting LINK.

LINK is a Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School student organization that strives to facilitate a mutual understanding and sharing of information on cultural practices, philosophies, and ideologies among those throughout the world who enact the values and practices of the social work profession.

  • Nash Walkway Project (see below for progress photos):  During this project, the exit door from the faculty wing interior staircase (northwest corner) can only be used as an emergency exit.  However, the staircase can be used to move between floors at all times.
    • Requests for access made by Nash Walkway construction workers should be directed to either Rachel Blake or Craig Zullig.

Nash Walkway Work Continues - See the Progress

Exciting progress has been made on the Nash Walkway.  In addition to revitalizing and beautifying the walkway behind the main MSASS Building, MSASS will gain a study garden area and monumental steps connecting our courtyard to the walkway.  It was planned that the work wouldn't reach our area until August, but the construction crew has moved along faster than anticipated.
