The mission of the Women Faculty School of Medicine (WFSOM) organization at Case Western Reserve University is to provide:
1) Professional Development opportunities for women faculty in the School of Medicine
2) Advocacy on behalf of women in academic medicine at CWRU and affiliates
3) Networking among women and leaders in academic medicine to promote academic, professional, and personal growth
Benefits include opportunities for professional development, advocacy, and networking with women faculty, medical students and graduate students. Faculty are eligible for faculty professional development awards.
