In March, Weatherhead Women in Business had the incredible opportunity to participate in Saint Joseph Academy’s Women’s Leadership Symposium, an inspiring event dedicated to empowering young women and fostering leadership skills. During the symposium, our members had the privilege of connecting with nearly 100 high school students, engaging in meaningful conversations and interactive discussions.
Throughout the day, we spoke with students about a wide range of topics, including building confidence, achieving academic success, navigating personal growth, and preparing for the transition to college life. By sharing our own experiences, challenges, and lessons learned, we aimed to provide relatable insights and practical advice that students could carry with them as they continue their educational journeys.
The symposium was a powerful reminder of the importance of community, mentorship, and representation. We were honored to contribute to such a meaningful experience and to play a small role in encouraging the next generation of women leaders to pursue their goals with confidence, resilience, and determination.
