Join us for a heated power vinyasa class at Yogavita Little Italy, on the second floor at 2026 Murray Hill Rd! Expect an energizing practice, so be sure to bring a yoga mat if you have one, as well as a water bottle.

Please arrive about 10 minutes before class starts to check in as there are limited spots and we will be sharing the studio space with non-CWRU community members. Additionally, the door to the studio will be locked once class begins. We look forward to seeing you in class!
