Kids Against Hunger Meal Packing Event - 1 hour shifts available

Kids Against Hunger is a student organization at CWRU whose mission is to significantly reduce the number of hungry children in the USA and throughout the world. KAH works with local partners in Cleveland to pack and distribute highly nutritious, vitamin-fortified soy-rice casserole. Help with KAH’s next big food packing event during Saturday of Service! Set-up volunteers will help unload the meals from the truck, set-up tables, and help get the room ready for the packaging event. Some heavy lifting may be required. Volunteers on the assembly line will help with a variety of tasks associated with packaging the meals. Volunteers will go directly to the Fribley Multipurpose Room at the start of the shift to participate in the project.
