Have you launched an assessment and asked, what now? Do you end the academic year overloaded with qualitative and quantitative data, but are unsure how to use it? After launching a comprehensive study of its experience model in spring 2017, the Office of Residence Life determined through data analysis that it would take a curricular approach to the experience model in an effort to improve students' residential experience. During this session we will share data which led to this shift and how we are applying the Division of Student Affairs Learning Domains in our work.

Speakers:
Ashley Gray, Residential Community Director and Chair of the Experience Model and Evaluation, Assessment and Research Committees within the Office of Residence Life;
Meredith Horrigan Adkins, Residential Community Director and Member of the Experience Model Committee, Office of Residence Life;
Amber Karel Gerace, Residential Community Director and Member of the Experience Model Committee, Office of Residence Life
