Student Advancement Update

Thomas Matthews, Associate Provost for Student Success, will review the first year of the Student Success Initiative, including highlights from a) the seven strategic touch points between navigators and first-year students, b) the integration of SOURCE and pre-professional advising with the former Career Center; c) the critical role of faculty; and d) the changes made to first-year orientation. Additionally, he'll share how what's been learned from the first year of this new initiative is being used to make improvements moving forward.
