Graduate Student Coaching Program
Description: This display will share the highlight points of the Graduate Student Coaching program.  This program has been in place since the summer of 2017. Since that time over 100 graduate students and postdoctoral scholars and fellows have successfully engaged in the coaching process. All seventeen coaches have been trained through the Weatherhead School of Management's Executive Coaching Certification program and are all volunteering their time. This display will share elements of the curriculum, specifically the Intentional Change Theory and data from a recent assessment of the program. Thoughtful attention will be given to this display in how specifically these individuals explored and embraced change and transition within their lives.

Covenant Student Ministries – Connection, Compassion, and Community:  Supporting the Whole Student with Wraparound Services
Description: The display will present various wraparound services offered by Covenant Student Ministries at Covenant Student Ministries including our Food Pantry and Hot Food Programs; Chaplaincy/Conversation programs, and community building programs. In addition to the services offered the poster will identify and provide education around two foci: Suicidal Desperation and Income (In)security.
