Saturday Tutoring Program - Volunteers Needed

The Saturday Tutoring Program is a community-wide tutoring program that provides free academic help for students in grades 1-12 on Saturday mornings during the school year. The main goals of The Saturday Tutoring Program are to:
Help students pass any district or state required standardized tests; improve their grades, and deepen their understanding of school subjects
Create a small-group learning environment where caring adult volunteers help students build their self-esteem and realize the value of education and community involvement
Provide real-world experiences that enrich the student's education via special events and annual field trips to local cultural institutions.
