Background on Hough
Located on Cleveland’s East Side, the Hough neighborhood lies between Euclid and Superior Avenues and spans from E. 55th to E. 105th streets. This community is located near some of the city’s most prominent employers, including the Cleveland Clinic and University Circle. In the aftermath of the Hough Riots in 1966, the neighborhood experienced incremental growth until the last few decades in which an accelerated amount of commercial and public investment has been made.
