About Us
The CWRU Calisthenics Club is dedicated to promoting an interest in Calisthenics and facilitating fat-loss/strength-building fitness training within the undergraduate student body. With an emphasis on working out with others, we hope to provide effective ways to strengthen one’s body and venture outside of one’s comfort zone. Beginners can use calisthenics as a stepping stone to start working out, while experienced athletes can find new ways to challenge and grow their bodies. We go on regular (non-mandatory) trips to calisthenics parks around Cleveland, and host other club functions!
