About Us

CWRU Cheerleading is a club sport at Case Western Reserve University which aims to promote school spirit and spartan pride at home games for various CWRU varsity teams.

Members benefit by finding a sense of community and friendship while also challenging themselves to continue to grow to be the best cheerleader they can be.

We have two teams within our club to accommodate all members' levels of commitment and skill. We have a practice (white) team and a game (blue) team.

White Team (Practice Team): Lowest commitment, come to practices as you please, focus on developing skills. All are welcome, undergraduate or graduate, and no prior experience is needed.

(Membership Dues: $20/semester)

Blue Team (Game Team): Practices are mandatory to cheer and stunt at games, and members must demonstrate sufficient stunting technique and knowledge of all cheers. The Game Team will cheer at CWRU's football and men's & women's basketball games. Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible, but all members must tryout.

(Membership Dues: $50/semester)
