The MGSA is an organization for graduate students in mathematics, applied mathematics and statistics. We hold academic and social events, assist with department colloquia, and work to establish a strong sense of community within the department.
Members get to the chance to connect with other graduate students in the Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and Statistics department. As a member, you get to attend events with the group and see places together. You'll also get some form of support from senior graduate students in the department and draw from their experience to make your life as a graduate student more meaningful and comfortable
