• Of The Month Awards (OTMs)

The main purpose of OTMs is to recognize the outstanding contributions of the student leaders and professionals within the residence halls. That recognition can come from a variety of forms such as recognizing a single leader, group of leaders, or an effective program hosted by leaders. OTMs serve to congratulate and acknowledge the accomplishments of all of these individuals, while encouraging the continued effort and greater achievement. OTMs are split up into a variety of categories that campuses can use. Only sixteen categories are recognized on the NACURH and regional levels including a variety of student, professional, program and organizational categories.
