At Operation Smile, we work to educate club and community members about the importance of providing free cleft surgeries. Lots of people are unaware of the medical effects a cleft palate has on a child, so by bringing awareness, Operation Smile can hopefully help to provide aid for children in need. Our Education and Global Roundtable positions ensure that Operation Smile is spreading the word at CWRU.
Operation Smile CWRU prides itself on providing ample leadership roles for members. By delegating roles to our six executive and six roundtable positions, our club gives students leadership experience while working to help children.
Our Fundraising Chairperson and Creative director hold fundraising events throughout the semester to raise money. These events are open to all students.
