Who is Se-xy?
Se-xy is the one and only self-care club on campus. Se-xy stands for Self-carE, Xoxo You! We provide free and accessible forms of self-care for the entire student body to enjoy. We host new self-care activities at every event and strive to spread themes of self-love and overall mental wellness. Our events run every other Sunday (deemed Se-xy Sunday) and give students a chance to debrief, de-stress, and get Se-xy with us.
What is self-care?
Self-care refers to the practice of taking deliberate actions to prioritize and maintain your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves activities and habits that help you relax, recharge, and reduce stress, promoting a healthier and more balanced life. Self-care can vary from person to person, and it's important to find the self-care practices that work best for you.
