UPB Event Policies

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Unless otherwise noted, participants may cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations must be made via Campus Groups (preferred) or in writing to upb-exec@case.edu. Due to the nature of UPB events, tickets may not be sold or transferred to other students. Exceptions may apply for extenuating circumstances on the day of the event, subject to the discretion of UPB.

In fairness to all students, participants with reserved tickets who fail to show for the event and fail to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation will not receive a refund (if applicable) and will be restricted from registering for future UPB events. The No-Show Policy as set forth here is applicable to all students.
