✰⋆。:゚・* Under One Sky: 2026 World Expo *・:゚。⋆✰

We had an incredibly successful World Expo, giving away 200+ t-shirts, stickers, free food, and prizes! A huge thank you to all of our wonderful organizations who tabled and to everyone who attended yesterday!

Thank you especially to Nadaam for their amazing performance!!

The raw photos taken throughout the expo have been uploaded to the attached folder for those interested! (Shoutout to Kenny Huynh for letting me borrow his camera for this)

If you are part of a UDC organization, please read all the crucial UDC updates below!

DLR #3 - New Organization Recognition

To all UDC organizations, please mark your calendars for the upcoming DLR in October where we will be welcoming the new organizations that join UDC.

WHERE: Strosacker Auditorium
WHEN: Saturday, October 3rd, 1-4 PM

DLR Attendance Policy:
UDC Exec (udc-exec@case.edu) must be made aware of any absences 48 hours in advance so we can excuse them. Excused absences means documentation of prior events scheduled that you cannot miss.

If you miss one without excusal given prior, you have the opportunity to make it up by volunteering within the community.

  • Two representatives will have to volunteer and send in documentation/photos stating that they have done some sort of volunteering that UDC exec has approved, so we can excuse the absence.

Only one absence can be excused through volunteering. After that, there are financial consequences. Failure to communicate with UDC Exec about an absence or seek an excusal, including after the event, will result in the applicable financial consequences.

The DLR representative does not have to be a member of your organization's executive board!

What is a DLR?
The Diversity Leaders’ Roundtables (DLRs) foster collaboration in UDC, recognize new member organizations, and vote on relevant issues. They allow UDC to stay connected with its members and facilitate easier communication within the organization.

Storage Room Information

Fresh Fridays:
Organizations MUST submit a form on 10/30 and 12/4. Please follow the following rules:

  • NO food in the storage room
  • Nothing should be on the floor
  • Label all items with the organization's name
We will be checking to ensure that all rules have been followed. If rules have been violated, a two-strike system will be put in place.

STRIKE 1: Charged a fine
STRIKE 2: Revoked storage room access for 2 semesters

If theft occurs, the responsible organization will receive BOTH a fine and lose access to the storage room for 2 semesters. (logs will be monitored)

Requests for exemptions must go to our VP of Admin, Rishi Das (udc-exec@case.edu).

If interested in gaining a storage space or access, email Rishi Das every person's
1. first and last name
2. club name
3. case ID
4. 7 digit student ID

If you want exec members to have storage room access, please send an email to udc-exec@case.edu ASAP. Otherwise, there's a risk you may not receive access in time for your events and Fresh Fridays.

Sparta Center

Sparta Center requests require double verification by Rishi Das. Submit at least 1 week in advance. Requests for items already stocked in the storage room will be denied.

This policy does not apply to large Sparta Center rentals (games, coolers, etc.).

P card Information

The OMA P card has switched to an appointment only system.

Schedule an appointment to use the OMA P Card with Mariah Salloum here. It is recommended that you schedule these appointments 5-10 days in advance of the day that you need the items.

If none of the appointment times fit in your schedule, please schedule an appointment to use Rachel Stegemann's P card here. You can also use Todd Rasmussen's P card.

Constitution Updates

The Constitution Template is now available for organizations to review. Please carefully transfer your current constitution into the new format.

Some sections are required, while others are optional. If you have policies or procedures that do not fit within the template, you may include them in additional bylaws or procedure documents that can be made available to members through CampusGroups.

The deadline for all organizations to submit their updated constitutions is October 29.

The updated constitution will be converted to a PDF and uploaded to the Constitution section of your organization’s CampusGroups page after submission.

If you have technical issues filling out the constitution template, email your group name and a description of the problem to campusgroups@case.edu.
