Adobe Customer Experience (CX) Certification
Get Certified. Get Hired.

Adobe CX Certificate

Most people targeting marketing, product strategy, consulting, or analytics roles are building the same resume as everyone else. But there's one credential hiring managers screen for, and almost none of them have it.

On September 3 at 5PM ET / 2PM PT, Adobe's CX Certifications team is joining us live on the Strategy Simplified podcast to break down what it is, why so few people have it, and how you can get it.

The credential is Adobe's Customer Experience (CX) Certification.

It covers the tools enterprise marketing, product, and strategy teams use every day to understand how customers behave, then decide what to do about it.

Technical background not required.

Companies like Accenture, Deloitte, and IBM hire people certified in these tools. Right now, they can't find enough certified talent to fill their open roles. Adobe's own research puts the salary bump at 10-15%.

We go live September 3 at 5PM ET. Save your seat for September 3!

Andy Rayburn

A lifelong Northeast Ohio entrepreneur, Rayburn has built and grown companies in industrial distribution, sports and entertainment, private investment, and cannabis. In this discussion, he will share lessons on operations, leadership, business development, and scaling organizations through periods of growth and transformation.

Rayburn is the founder of Buckeye Relief, a Level 1 cannabis cultivator and processor based in Eastlake, Ohio, and owner of Amplify dispensaries across Northeast Ohio and Columbus. Prior to Buckeye Relief, he led investments through Big Game Capital, with interests including the 2016 NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers, minor league baseball teams, and the 10,000 Lakes Music Festival. Earlier in his career, he grew Flexalloy Inc. from a 20-person company in two cities into a 400-person business across 13 cities before selling it in 1999.

UCLA

The UCLA Center for Healthcare Management Case Competition provides healthcare management graduate students an opportunity to put what they have learned into practice. Student teams (up to four members) from around the world are challenged to provide solutions and recommendations to a real-time, real-world management challenge faced by a Southern California healthcare system. Teams have 88 hours in November to complete their analyses and the top eight teams visit Los Angeles to present their ideas to healthcare leaders in January. This format enables the exchange and dissemination of ideas, as well as professional networking.

FIRST PLACE: $12,000
SECOND PLACE: $8,000
THIRD PLACE: $4,000
FOURTH PLACE: $2,000

The deadline to register for the UCLA Center for Healthcare Management Case Competition is Monday, November 9, 2026.

BE AWARE OF HIRING SCAMS!

Sadly, recruitment season seems to bring out the scammers who reach out to you appearing to be from legitimate companies with legitimate offers. When in doubt, please reach out to the Center for Career Success or Weatherhead Career Management Office and we will be more than happy to do research to help assure your offer is legitimate. You can always reach us at: careers@case.edu or wsom-cmo@case.edu

Identifying a scam job offer or posting is crucial to protecting yourself from fraud. Please review THIS DOCUMENT for red flags to watch out for and how to protect yourself!

Interested in gaining real-world consulting experience while helping businesses create positive social and environmental impact? Join us for an information session to learn more about the Fowler Center’s Business for World Benefit Clinic, this Friday, September 4th at 3pm via Zoom.

Through the BWB Clinic, students work in teams with real companies and organizations on semester-long consulting projects focused on sustainability, social impact, and responsible business. Projects give students the opportunity to apply their skills to meaningful business challenges, build their resumes, work directly with clients, and make a tangible impact.

At the information session, we’ll share more about this semester’s projects, what participation involves, and how to get involved. Students from all majors and backgrounds are welcome!

Please reach out to Megan Buchter (mxs362@case.edu) with any questions. Register on Campus Groups.
