If you are part of a UDC organization, please read all the crucial UDC updates below!

DLR #1: Orientation and Treasurer Workshop

WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 5, 1-4 PM
WHERE: Strosacker Auditorium
WHAT: At this DLR, we will go over important information for the semester, hold elections for our open executive positions, and provide a detailed treasurer workshop.


Important Notes:
The DLR representative does not have to be a member of your organization's executive board, but we strongly recommend that your organization's treasurer attend the Treasurer workshop.

DLR Attendance Policy: 
UDC Exec (udc-exec@case.edu) must be made aware of any absences 48 hours in advance so we can excuse them. Excused absences means documentation of prior events scheduled that you cannot miss.

If you miss one without excusal given prior, you have the opportunity to make it up by volunteering within the community. 

• Two representatives will have to volunteer and send in documentation/photos stating that they have done some sort of volunteering that UDC exec has approved, so we can excuse the absence.

The CDEPincrease form, which adds funds from group funds, approved rolling funds, or Spring Mass rolling funds, is also available here:
 

Please note these links are different from last year as the forms have been moved to be under CampusGroups Finance!
 

New DLR Recipient Form

If your UDC organization has NOT filled this form out, please do so immediately! ALL UDC organizations need to have this completed.

This allows for storage room access for all executive members for the school year and newsletter access. It also lets you grant access to new members to your organization.

UDC Club Event Submission Form

HEY! Does your org have really cool, fun events you want people to know about but need more publicity for? 

Yes? Perfect, UDC’s newsletter will be featuring new upcoming events from UDC member organizations every week, so PLEASE make sure you fill out this form below by Saturday at 5:00 PM! The Global Gazette newsletter is sent out WEEKLY on SUNDAYS!

 ⋆ World Expo ⋆
What is it?
World Expo is UDC’s annual fall flagship event where all UDC member organizations highlight their clubs. Each participating organization has a booth with an activity or cuisine that showcases their culture/identity!

WHEN: Sunday, Sept. 20, 5-8 PM
WHERE: Thwing Ballroom
More formal information is coming soon!

We are very excited to bring back our World Expo and showcase our member organizations to the Case Western Reserve University community!

All UDC member organizations are required to table at the World Expo. 

We are looking to include 2-3 performances!

If your organization is interested in performing at the event or you have ideas for the World Expo, please reach out to Seema Casey, our VP of Programming, through udc-exec@case.edu.
