Organize social and professional events such as happy hours, intramural sports, and day trips to connect graduate students within CWRU's BME department
Represent and advocate for the BME graduate students at faculty meetings for issues such as stipends, class and TA requirements, healthcare, and fees.
Foster connections across other biomedical-centric groups such as BGSO, LTA, and UMBE for both social and professional networking.
This means that every CWRU BME graduate student has the right to run for and vote for yearly officers. Every CWRU BME graduate student also has the ability to participate in GSA run events and activities, such as seminars, general body meetings (GBMs), happy hours, etc. See the events page for upcoming activities!
