Campus Groups Registration:

• First come first served (NOT A LOTTERY)
• MUST have a plus one
• This trip is for Undergraduate Students only

Timeline:

• March 29th: Campus Groups Registration Opens @8:00PM
• April 1st: Registration Closes @11:59PM
• April 2nd: Rooming Assignments Due @11:59PM
• April 18th: Depart CWRU to Pittsburgh (AM)
• April 19th: Depart Pittsburgh to CWRU (PM)

Base (covers Coach Bus, Hotel, AND City Public Transportation): $25

Dinner Cruise (April 18th): Enjoy an elegant evening aboard a dinner cruise! Features a chef-prepared buffet, DJ entertainment, and stunning city views. Boards 5:45pm and ends 9:00pm.

• Menu: Braised Beef Bourgignon. Chicken Picatta, Pork Ribeye, Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Eclairs and Assorted Cheesecakes
• Dress Code: "Dressy Casual"

Phipps Conservatory (April 19th): Explore the stunning nature of Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, including a 14- room glasshouse and 23 distinct gardens. Opened in 1893, this historic landmark is just a few miles from Downtown Pittsburgh in Schenley Park!

• Will be travelling to Pittsburgh via Coach Buses
• Roughly 2 hours and 30 minute drive
• We won't be making any rest stops, so please plan accordingly
• Bus Pick-Up Location: Tink
• Bus Drop-Off Locations: NRV Starbucks and Fribley Commons
• You MUST ride the bus to and back from Pittsburgh (failure to comply will result in disciplinary action)
