Mental wellness allows us to have healthy mindsets ready for complex thinking and decision-making, which allows for clear mind and productivity.

For this final week, we invite you to try incorporate selfcare into your daily schedule, along with drinking water. We encourage you to dust off some of your old hobbies you haven’t had the chance to enjoy. Or, try something completely new and discover a new activity to love! This way, you’ll find new ways to relax. Have fun with this last week, and enjoy putting your mental health first while staying hydrated.

We ask that you bring GENTLY USED CLOTHING ONLY and drop it off in bags on the front porch the week before (March 15th - March 20th). All extra clothing leftover from the swap will be donated to local clothing stores. This is a great way to participate in the circular economy and update your wardrobe sustainably!

Brew CWRU Coffee Tasting - Nordic Roast Pt. 2

Brew CWRU is hosting a second event featuring coffees with a Nordic style roasting approach! As we have done with Sey Coffee last year, this year we will be featuring coffee from San Diego-based Memli Coffee Lab! Like Sey, Memli takes on an ultra-light, Nordic roasting approach that highlights the quality of the coffee that they meticulously pick out. As a delicate boutique coffee roaster run by World Taster Cup champion Mehmet Sogan, Memli Coffee is focused on coffee education and radical transparency. They source carefully-evaluated coffees from micro-lots and pay well above the market price to acknowledge the quality of the farmers' work and maximize their impact on the producing partners. We will be brewing the coffees as pour-overs to highlight their delicate nature, and as always, coffee is free with registration.
