 Melissa Elick joins the Mandel School on February 17, 2020 as its Development Manager. She will be responsible for managing a portfolio of donors and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure a high level of performance in the development office. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Kent State University. Her background includes nonprofit fundraising, donor relations and large-scale event planning including the creation of Cleveland's first Pickle Fest. She enjoys exploring Cleveland's food scene, kayaking, volunteering and spending time with friends and family. Melissa will sit in the Dean/Development suite.
 Rob Holz joins the Mandel School on February 17, 2020 as its Senior Director of Development. He will focus on fundraising from individuals and foundations and will oversee the School's annual fund. Rob is a lifelong Clevelander with more than 20 years of fund development experience in the private secondary school and voluntary health agency space. He and his wife Jennifer reside in Fairview Park and enjoy spending time in the Metroparks, golfing, hiking and playing tennis. In addition to spending time in the outdoors, Rob enjoys listening to podcasts, especially those relating to true crime. Rob will sit in the Dean/Development suite.
