Case Competition Theme: The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated trends in making health care more available virtually, but exposed inequities in access. Leveraging these learnings from the pandemic, propose a compelling business model where routine lab tests are performed at or close to home. The solution should include (1) digital tools to connect providers to patients; (2) methods to send test results directly to a patient's health ecosystem; and (3) evaluation of the impact your model has on underserved populations.
Requirements: Students will form teams of 4-5 with at least one MBA student on each team
