Why are 1:1s important?
1:1s are crucial to discussing your self-interest in order to determine exactly what it is and how you can take action to achieve it.
1:1s are similarly important for the person conducting the 1:1 to better understand your self-interest and be able to guide you and connect you with other organizers with similar interests.
