ATTENDANCE POLICY SPRING 2026:
UDC Exec (udc-exec@case.edu) must be made aware of any absences 48 hours in advance so we can excuse them. Excused absences means documentation of prior events scheduled that you cannot miss. If you miss one without excusal given prior, you have the opportunity to make it up by doing volunteering within the community (link to some available opportunities). Two representatives will have to volunteer and send in documentation/photos stating that they have done some sort of volunteering that UDC exec has approved, so we can excuse the absence. Only one absence can be excused through volunteering. After that, there are financial consequences. If you do not reach out and try to get excusal at all even after the event, there are financial consequences.

Must submit a form on 1/30, 2/27,3/27, 4/24
Fresh Fridays will be on the last Friday of every month this semester. Two strikes = revoked access (includes missed checks).

No paper products (plates, cups, napkins, silverware) may be stored. Requests for exemptions must go to Michelle Hashem. Violations = strikes.

Sparta Center requests now require double verification by Michelle. Submit at least 1 week in advance. Requests for items already stocked in the storage room will be denied.
This policy does not apply to large Sparta Center rentals (games, coolers, etc.).
Storage Space: Label EVERYTHING in your area with your club name. Do not place items in unassigned shelves.
