Thoroughly check the specific project for details, dress suggestions, meeting times, and locations before you complete your registration.
Campus-wide registration deadline is Thursday, October 24, and spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. If the project you are intersted in is full, you can join the waitlist and will be added to the list if a spot becomes available.

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Help the SpartanTHON student organization with set up, wayfinding, staffing water stations, and tear down for an on-campus 5K Color Run benefiting children with illnesses.
8:45 AM – 12:30 PM
The Father Michael Wittman Ozanam Center in East Cleveland provides access to food and clothing to those in need. Volunteers are needed to register and check in and out clients, sort and hang clothing, pack grocery bags, and offer hospitality.
9:15 AM – 1:15 PM
Volunteers are needed to help winterize the gardens, paint, and arrange storage areas.
9:40 AM – 12:10 PM
Clean out and reorganize the Hope Lodge kitchen, and other minor cleaning projects.
9:45 AM – 1:45 PM
Volunteers will help plant fall crops in high tunnels; weed, water and prepare beds for winter; add solar panels to roof of high tunnels; and harvest fruit from orchard.
9:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Volunteers will monitor one of the 10 activity stations during the Power of Plants program, engaging kids and their caregivers in fun, educational activities.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
CWRU's Project Sunshine student organization will be packing Activity Craft Kits for pediatric patients. These activity kits will be sent to partner hospitals, giving kids a chance to do complete art activities during their hospital stay.
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Clear out weeds encroaching on the edges of the garden, clean up dead plant material from the beds, and sow seeds for new plants.
12:15 PM – 2:30 PM
Help organize the kitchen pantry and deep clean the kitchen. Volunteers are also needed to work outdoors - spreading mulch, planting trees and bulbs for spring.
12:30 PM – 3:15 PM
Help sort and pack books by reading level so that partner sites can distribute them accordingly to children in need to foster literacy and a love of reading.
