Below is a collection of documents Community Councils can use to maintain council organization and plan successful events. Feel free to make a copy of the documents and use in your community council. Please contact the Vice President of Records, History and Administration (Palki Gupta at rha-admin@case.edu) if you are having difficulty viewing a document or you would like to request a document that isn't listed.

Council Constitution Template: Use this document to govern your community council and to set expectations at the start of your term. Feel free to edit this document to fit the needs of your council, but make sure all council members come to an agreement. This document will be submitted to the Vice President of Records, History and Administration (Palki Gupta at rha-admin@case.edu).

Programming Checklist Template: This document is an awesome resource to help you and your council plan your next event. It prompts you to think about every detail of the event and also includes a space for post-event reflection. We believe reflection is an important part of event planning because every event is a learning experience for the next.

Council Meeting Agenda Template: This document is for Community Council Presidents. Use this sample agenda to keep your weekly council meetings on-topic and productive!

Council Budget Template: Use this document to keep track of your council's finances. Feel free to edit it to fit the needs of your council.

Council Scheduling Template: Use this document to help coordinate the schedule's of all council members and find a meeting time that works best for everyone.

Packout Request Form: Packout is a catering service provided for Residence Life events, including RHA events, by our lovely corporate office that runs all dining services on campus. Every council is provided a certain amount of money towards this service, so Bon Appetit!
