Our mission is to utilize the collective experiential knowledge of undergraduate researchers to support one another in their pursuit of research to find research, connect and network, develop skills, develop postgraduate plans, collaboration, and locally impact our society.
We host a variety of events geared towards building a community of undergraduate researchers and developing soft skills for your research endeavours. You will always walk away from an event learning something about research!
Our Research Scholars Program introduces students to research and offers exclusive opportunities. Whether you need a nice headshot for your LinkedIn, a rework of your resume, or application assistance, URS is committed to helping you!
Our direct connection with the CWRU Undergraduate Research Office (URO) provides URS members with access to faculty seeking undergraduates for research. Faculty also utilize URS mailing lists for exciting mentorship or program opportunities!
URS is designed to give first-years their first exposure to the research world, but also to give fourth-years the tools they need for their future careers. You will have the opportunity to LEAD, CONNECT, and SERVE with URS
