Research Scholars Program (RSP) is a sub-program of the Undergraduate Research Society dedicated to introducing and enriching research experiences for students looking to get involved in undergraduate research across all fields! RSP will help students develop essential skills, connect with research labs or mentors, and grow your confidence as a researcher.
RSP Mission: Empower undergraduates from all walks of life to pave their path into undergraduate research at Case Western Reserve University.
RSP events are designed to build on each other. It is a PROGRAM where students can gain soft skills and learn what interests them!
From zero experience to gaining skills in the wet lab, to building your resume, all the way to the Research Rendezvous, where students hopefully find a lab to stick with through your Capstone and beyond!
Become a leader amongst your peers by gaining experience in event planning, public speaking, and representing your peers for URS to tailor events to what would benefit the general body!
No research experience required. Expectations include productive work, a commitment to the URS mission, and learning how to take initiative!
