Culture of Care Institute

The Culture of Care Institute is an experience-based program that is targeted to both students and professional staff. The overall goal of this program is for participants to understand the complexity of care and learn how to implement these concepts to critically analyze and address personal, organizational, and systematic issues on their campuses and in their organizations.

This year the Institute will be hosted by Case Western Reserve University on Friday, June 12-14, 2020. The curriculum was developed in part and will be facilitated by Scott Heydt, the Founder and President of RefinED Character, an organization that specializes in social emotional learning. Scott is also a member of Delta Tau Delta and served nationally for 10 years as Director of Academic Affairs for Delta Tau Delta's Arch Chapter.
