About Mark:

I came to CWRU at age 18 and have never left. I graduated with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Law. I am a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity and have been an active volunteer for Delt since 2004. I started working in the Office of Greek Life in 2001 and have been the Director since 2011. I love CWRU and think that one of the best things about it is its Greek community. I love my job and am proud to work with such outstanding men and women. When I'm not at work or at a Delt event you can usually find me in my front yard in Lakewood playing wiffle ball with my kids (Griffin and Delaney) and my wife Heather.

Associate Director: Amie Jackson

Office Phone: 216.368.1363 | Email: amie.jackson@case.edu

About Amie:

I currently serve as the Associate Director of Greek Life in the Office of Greek Life at Case Western Reserve University.  I have proudly been part of this community for over 7 years.  My work is focused on fostering restorative practices within the Greek Life judicial process; advancing the leadership development of our students through the Academy, Order of Omega, and the Pytte Cup process; and finding unique ways of measuring the impact our office, student leaders, and organizations have in advancing the Greek experience. I work closely with the Vice Presidents of Administration of IFC and PHC, Order of Omega, and the Greek Leadership Intern.  I joined Kappa Kappa Gamma while a student at Butler University and fell in love with all the possibilities it presented others and me with! Since then I dabbled in sales and the non-profit world, but ultimately landed in Higher Education working in Greek Life - first at the University of Maryland and now Case Western Reserve - for the past 11 years. When I am not at work, I am spending time with my husband, Keith, and my daughters, Ella and Nora! We love exploring Cleveland and all it has to offer!

Manager for Culture of Care

Manager for Greek Councils: Katie Schneider

Office Phone: 216.368.0241 | Email: kathryn.schneider@case.edu
About Katie:

As the Manager for Greek Councils, I advise the student leaders who make up the Interfraternity Congress and the Panhellenic Council.  My work is focused on the growth of the community through fraternity and sorority recruitment; advancing the leadership development of our students through The Academy, Gamma Sigma Alpha, and through community leadership onboarding; and telling the story of the CWRU Greek experience. I work closely with each position on IFC and PHC and the Greek Leadership Interns to capture the community's vision and help them achieve it.
I attended Baldwin Wallace University where I joined Alpha Phi and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing. After working in the business world I was drawn back to Higher Education, specifically Greek Life. First at the University of Akron, then at Carnegie Mellon University and now here at CWRU. When I am not at work, you'll find me cheering on Cleveland sports teams, planning my next international destination, searching for Cleveland's best taco or at the gym!

Department Assistant: Tiffany Hall

Office Phone: 216.368.1051 | Email: tiffany.hall2@case.edu

About Tiffany:

In my role here in the Greek Life Office, I work with our staff and student leaders to make sure business operations and finances run smoothly; and with campus and community partners on everything ranging from IT, catering, service agreements to general data for headquarters and executive offices.  I assist in telling the story of the CWRU Greek experience through my work compiling data for the Greek Life Annual Report and I am the voice on the other end of the main Greek Life phone line. As a native Clevelander, who went to high school less than a mile from campus I love everything this area has to offer. From the arts, live music and museums to the amazing food. I am happy to continue to be a part of how Greek Life impacts and enriches our students' lives! In my free time I like to travel, bowl, eat at my favorite local restaurants, and go to the movies.
