The mission of It's On CWRU is to unify our community's effort to disrupt the culture of violence.
The CWRU Sustained Dialogue program brings together individuals from various backgrounds to discuss campus, local, and national issues of concern, including diversity and inclusion matters.
Diversity 360 is a campus-wide diversity education program for students, faculty and staff developed in collaboration with the Office for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equal Opportunity, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
The Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Engagement provides a number of diversity awareness workshops and consultation services for students, faculty and staff. In some cases, they develop a program specific to goals, participants and time frame in order to accommodate the different classes, departments, offices and student groups that request training.
The mission of the Office for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equal Opportunity is to provide support and guidance and to promote equitable and fair treatment in employment, education, and other aspects of campus life.
